1. Purpose
Our courses are for educational use and professional growth only. They are intended for adults aged 18+ and do not grant formal certification, licensing, or employment eligibility.
2. User Responsibilities
By enrolling, you agree to:
- Use the courses for lawful, personal learning purposes.
- Keep your login credentials private.
- Not copy, share, or redistribute content without permission.
- Follow your employer’s and district’s policies at all times.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or removal of access.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Thinkific.
- Refunds: Offered within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of the course has been completed.
- Enrollment: Grants a personal, non-transferable license for as long as the course remains available.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials (videos, text, graphics, downloads) are the property of Certified Sub. They may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without written permission.
5. Liability
Certified Sub makes every effort to provide accurate, useful information but cannot guarantee outcomes or suitability for all educational contexts.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
